Flipkart - From Flipkart refund issue

I have purchased one fitness item from Flip kart on October **, **** and that is delivered on October **th. When i received that pack i didn't satisfied on that package. because that pack is already damaged further when i set that item in my home i am not satisfied on that items quality. further on that package there is no brand name and flip kart name also. In the package there is no user manual to how we set up that machine. From all those things i am very disappointed and called Flip kart to take return. But they telling this one was not refunded it is only able to replacement as per Seller agreement. But my question is we are not responsible for Seller agreement. we are paying amount to flip kart. In Flip kart return policy they mentioned for fitness and sports equipment are eligible to ** days refund or replacement. on that basis i demanding refund.
