On dated **.**.** i have purchased a wall mixture from Fino agency near exibition road patna. This item was seal pack. When this item reached my home. then i have opened this item seal. Then i found that in this wall mixture one item was broken. Then i reached again in Fino Agency for replace this item. Then he refused to replace that item and said that, contact to service centre. When i contact to service centre then he also refused and said that this item couldnot install. So untill this item not installed we couldnot do any thing. You have to contact to Fino Agency. otherwise Rs.****/- will be charged.
So sir By the frod of Fino Agency i become mentally harassed. Please help me..
