Hindware Company - Delivered faulty product did not issue replacement

Bought **L Storage water heater from Flipkart and delivered to me on Feb *th. I didn't install the heater for couple of weeks as we are shifting the house. I brought a specialist to install the heater since there was no installation for this product from flipkart. there was a issue in heater and it started leaking the very moment after I tried filling water. I reported this to flipkart for replacement but they refused and asked me to contact hindware since it is over replacement time. I raised almost * tickets for hindware team and still no response from anyone. Also contacted Hindware support team over phone and every time they used to give one technician contact number. That contact will not either pick the call or it will be unreachable. it is almost * months now and am yet to get one single update from team.
