Whirlpool India - Fridge frosting stopped working after 9 months of purchase

I purchased a frost-free refrigerator ( Whirlpool * door) from amazonIndia last diwali . It has * year of free warranty. But after * months i.e May **** ,one fine day i started hearing noise inside the fridger, I looked carefully and found out that the fan inside it creating noise because of the blockage formation by ice .I immediately called the customercare and informed about the issue that this is a frost free product but still it is forming ice near the fridger fan .They registered my complaint and assured me sending a technician within couple of days but its been more than ** days i am still waiting for the technician to arrive at my place . Everyday i am calling and sending them repeated mails and tweets but nobody cares .
