A very bad service from Act Fibernet Hyderabad. Almost every year I face internet connectivity issues more than ** times. Every time they promise a permanent solution but never happenes. They doesn't understand customer issues even upon multiple escalations and repeat service issues. Every time they make false promises, like this time it will be a permanent solution, call back from supervisor in *hrs, issue resolution in *hrs etc.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
