I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recurring outages of my Airtel broadband service. For the past few months, I have been experiencing frequent disruptions in the internet connection, lasting for approximately * to * days every month.
These outages have been highly inconvenient and have caused significant disruptions to both my personal and professional activities. As a loyal customer, I expect a reliable and consistent broadband service, but unfortunately, the recurring outages have made it difficult for me to fully utilize the service I am paying for.
I have tried reaching out to the local Airtel technicians during the outages, but the issue remains unresolved. This situation has led to a great deal of frustration and dissatisfaction with the overall service.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. It is my hope that Airtel can investigate and resolve the root cause of these frequent outages promptly. I expect to receive a satisfactory resolution to ensure uninterrupted internet service.
Please provide me with an update on the status of my complaint and the actions being taken to address the issue. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation or a rebate for the periods during which the service was unavailable.
