Complaint:
I am filing this complaint against Freed Debt Relief Platform for unfair trade practices, delayed refunds, and complete lack of service.

I enrolled with Freed on ** July and paid ₹*,*** as their initial registration fee. According to their refund policy, this amount is ***% refundable if cancellation is done within ** hours. I cancelled my enrollment within the same day, yet even after more than one month, they did not refund my money.

During this time, I was under a lot of mental pressure because of continuous harassment calls from loan recovery agents. Because of the positive reviews on Google, I trusted Freed and started saving ₹*,*** per month as part of their program. After I made my first saving payment, the support team completely stopped helping me. The agent who was guiding me earlier (Mr. Sajid) also stopped responding.

Due to this lack of support and irresponsible behaviour, I cancelled my plan again and requested a refund. At that time, Freed told me that after deducting their platform fees, I would receive around ₹*,***, and I agreed to this. However, they have still not refunded any amount. Every time I follow up, they only say “technical issue” and delay the refund week after week.

This has caused me financial stress, mental harassment, and loss of trust. Their services do not match their promises, and their refund delays are unacceptable.

I request the concerned platform/company to:
