Freed Debt Settlement Company - Delay in refund

I enrolled in the debt relief program since I had to many emi's to pay, their initial support was good, my plan was for * years, they helped in the first * years but after my SPA balance Increased they rarely helped me with the debt settlement, with the amount of time I kept spending on hearing from banks and speaking to get the money realeased for settlement with my money lying with them and not getting utilised, i decided to cancel the agreement, but then the support really ended, they had ****** Inr pending in SPA balance which htey gave excuse of Payment gateway not working, instead of refunding the amount within *-** working days they have dragged it to almost * monts now with ****** still pening and still every time I call why the money not deposited, they give new excuse and delay it even further
