I bought MuveAcoustics Drive MA-****SB Wired in-Ear Headphones with mic on **th June ****. After * months usage, it stopped working in one year. I contacted their concerned customer care through mail and they asked me to send by courier to their address for free replacement. The courier was delivered on **th September ****. But till date no action or communication from their end
