Zeeva Electronics - customer care not receivng my call since last 2 days

since i got product last saturday i mtrying to call customer care but line always shows busy whenever i call
also they dont give reply on mail
product i receive is totall used product n it has scratches behind that n button also has scratches
please do needfull from your side
