Thakur Virat Singh filed complaint against Meesho on Oct 4, 2022
Hi Ministry & Governing Authorities,
This is a complaint against the Ecommerce Online Website "Meesho.com (FASHNEAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED)" & its courier partner "Xpressbees"
I am Thakur Virat Singh, As part of E-commerce Online Shopping from Meesho App. I have Ordered a "Wallmax Radha Krishna Wall Painting For Living Room ** inch x ** Inch " Painting from Meesho App. The Order got Delivered with the wrong Product.
As per Meesho Policy, For Wrong & Defective product return can be initiated. I initiated a return of the product on the meesho Application Website buy Uploading the photos of the Wrong Product.
Next Day a courier boy from Xpressbees named "Sushanth Kumar Singh - Contact - **********" delivery partner of Meesho arrived at my location and took the pictures of the wrong Product & uploaded in his Portal and said that the Pick up will be done soon.
Same day the Return request got cancelled on the Messho website stating that the product doesn't match with the product mentioned in the order.
Note:- Meesho & Xpressbees deliver me a wrong product when I initiate a complaint they respond stating that the product doesn't match with the Ordered Product such a foolishness is displayed from both of them . All the Evidences are attached in the Complaint
Two Times my return request got rejected without any proper investigation.
I request to kindly take strict action against these companies who are cheating the customers in the name of Online Business and cancel their Licenses in India . Unlike me there are many more customers who face such kinds of issues with such Online E commerce Sites.
