Rustorange - Fraudulent transaction

I tried calling the customer care for a confirmation of the order. They said I have to verify my purchase by making a payment of Rs. ** . They sent some msgs to my number for an UPI transaction. It didn't happen. They then asked for my father's UPI ID and sent some msgs to his number. After that his account was debited with Rs. ***** and they blocked our numbers.
