I am an ex-air warrior and retired from IAF on October ****. After completing ** years of combat service to my motherland. On **/**/**** I was directed to pay RS ***/- from paytm account for purchasing a camera from Amazon under Big Billon Sale. Later I came to know that it is a fake website and informed paytm about it. But they informed that it's not possible as the amount has been successfully credited to the customer account. I requested to freeze the account immediately and refund the amount ASAP.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
