My jio fiber internet is down for the last * days and no action has been taken yet.
Everything I call no one takes action
This is a complete denial of service after charging me money
My client meetings and professional work has been hampered a lot.
which I have been through by calling them and attending long queue for customer cares which results in nothing.
My demand is to Give me Rs *,**,*** as compensation charge for the mental agony and harassment of me. and for my work loss which I was able to do as I was dependent on their internet
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
