Junichi Fukao filed complaint against Bharti Airtel on Feb 11, 2019
Airtel shop offered the service of International roaming Rs.*,*** @** days without detailed explanation. Their explanation was a misleading one that we were made to think that it is enough to pay Rs.*,*** for **days international roaming service. On phone conversation, the shop admitted their mistake, but appellate authority told me that the charge is valid.
I cannot accept this kind of fraudulent way of offering services done by this company.
I have paid the amount which I think reasonable including international roaming, etc.
I am really dissatisfied with the stereo-typed attitude the company is taking.
