Jatin Gupta filed complaint against Tag vacation club on Feb 2, 2026
TAG called me several times to attend a promotional meeting in Doubletree by Hilton baani square gurgaon.
The consultant there explained all the packages and insisted to buy a package, when said no, they reduced the plan and all and in the end convinced us for a lowest package.
Now after getting back home when I tried to visit their website there were no hotles mentioned or available to book which were offered by consultant.
When tried to call on customer care, they are saying that they will not cancel it and force us to use their services anyhow.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
