Tag vacation club - Asked for refund within 24 hours and mailed them to cancel membership but no reply on my email

Hello Team
I have not received a solution to my request to withdraw my membership and refund.
The relationship manager stopped responding and picking up the calls.We were told you can cancel the membership within ** hours,
I have mailed them several times,no one from their team has called or responded.
I havent used their service for long time and asking for refund eversince,please help me.
