CRED Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited - Fraudulent issue

I did a transaction from my credit card via cred app to recepient account. Due to some issue on the recipient end the cred was rejected at reception end but from my credit card transaction was successful and in cred app also transaction was successful. I reached out to recepient bank and information that payment is rejected from their end and they provided the reference num for reversal but cred app is holding that money they are not reversing back to my credit card. It's been more than * weeks they are least bortherd to look into the issue. It's my hard earned money. They are doing such fraud cases with our money.
