Tata Cliq - Fraudulent issue

Order id: ********* and order date: **/**/**** . Product name: Philips trimmer. I cancelled this order on *st may **** and they told me we refund initiated by *st may **** but I still not received refund amount to my bank. So they asked me to contact to your bank so I contacted my bank manager and customer support and principal officer and nodal officer but they rejected because they told me we not received any refund from tatacliq merchant so I very shocked. Tatacliq wasted my time. Because it's not easy to contact bank nodal officer and principal officer. I multiple times contacted them in Facebook messenger but no refund so I complaint register in national consumer helpline but no update so I finally contacted tatacliq grievance officer email but she was very rude. One person call me from tatacliq. She name meera and she very rude and she dominated me like fraud and thief. She not allowed me to answer. I need to mention meera name in this legal notice. So I finally now decided to send legal notice to this company. I have call records and proofs
