Simplilearn - Fraudulent commitments

I have enrolled for ITIL certification exam and they promised me to the following:
*. ***% assurance for passing the exam and refund of money of not.
*. Go for emi based enrollment and the interest amount will be credited back as Amazon voucher.

I have failed the exam in the first attempt by *% and now when I asked for give me my money back or allow me to retake they came up with many clauses and told they cannot refund.

I asked to atleast pay my interest amount on the emi running they said we don't have any such offers, this is a modern fraud in the mask of education.

Pleas please take strict action against them.
