I have been charged ****+ and I haven’t used a single penny. I was forced to pay an amount of ****+ in March even though I had the call recording where your employees wrongly sold me Times prime instead of simply save and I had to pay for the priority pass.
Do not think of your customers to be illiterate or stupid. I shall not be paying this time and don’t mind going to the consumer court if I don’t get a call back immediately.
The charges have been increasing every month and I’m not getting a call back, it’s been * months.
I am not going to pay this inflated amount or any amount actually just because your employees aren’t working. It isn’t my headache.
I am responding to my customers in my office, better start doing your job SBI.
