Gagan Nouhwar filed complaint against Pay Tm on Dec 28, 2017
I had made a transaction of Rs *** against the Vodafone postpaid bill dtd **th Dec. The transaction was made through Credit Card payment ( American Express )
Whereas the request sent to my credit card company by PayTM was of Rs *****, against this transaction.
I have checked the Vodafone and they have received the sum of Rs *** only. The remaining Rs **K is never returned to me by any means.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
