KVR LOGISTICS - Fraudulent Charges Abusive Behaviour Poor Service by KVR Logistics for Car Transport

I availed car transport services from KVR Logistics to shift my Chevrolet Beat from Noida to Phagwara, Jalandhar. I was in contact with Ms. Payal (Mobile: **********), who informed me that the total cost for the service would be ₹*,*** (excluding GST), inclusive of pick-up and drop, and that the car would be washed before delivery.
I clearly told her that the car insurance had expired on ** January **** and asked if they would still be able to transport it. She confirmed that it would not be an issue.
Based on this assurance, I agreed and paid ₹*,*** in advance. However, after the car was picked up and reached the destination, I was shocked to receive a demand for an additional ₹*,***, which included:
₹*,*** for "insurance" (not agreed upon),
₹*,*** for "pick-up and drop" (which was confirmed as included),
Plus GST and other charges, totaling ₹*,***, instead of the originally promised ₹*,***.
When I questioned this, I received a rude and abusive call from a lady (Mobile: **********), who said:
"Kisi ke baap mein dum nahi jo gaadi humare wahan se le jaye, aap poora payment karo phir hum bhejenge gaadi."
This kind of threatening language is completely unacceptable. Due to the pressure and to ensure safe delivery of my car, I was forced to pay the remaining ₹*,***, taking the total payment to ₹*,***, which is double the agreed amount.
Furthermore, the car was delivered in extremely poor condition, dirty from inside and outside, even though they had assured it would be washed. When I contacted them, my calls were ignored. A WhatsApp message was sent stating the car got dirty due to a ** km drive — which raises questions about unauthorized use of my car.
I also asked for the insurance document, for which ₹*,*** was charged. In response, I received a handwritten paper on their letterhead with no valid IRDAI registration or policy number, showing that no genuine insurance was ever taken.
