KVR LOGISTICS - Car not delivered and extra charges demand

I have to shift my car from Gwalior to Gurgaon for scrap sale. I was in Gurgaon so searched online and from a site got some reference through SMS and immediately after that some Nidhi Gupta mobile number ***** ***** called me and gave quote of **** all inclusive after negotiating. However even after ** days the car is not delivered. On follow up they sent invoice of Rs.***** that is more than double amount of initial cost committed. And asked that first to make payment and then they will send the car. I have apprehension that even after payment they will not send the car. I have already paid Rs.**** i.e. **% of committed cost upfront and **% was to be paid on delivery. Please help me in getting my car without any extra cost.
