This is to raise my complaint against a nightmarish experience I went through with Jabong India recently.I have been a regular customer of Jabong.I had received a call from Jabong where I was duped to pay rupees ***** to Jabong which I realised later that it was a false call.
The caller had all my details about my previous transactions, my cart items, choice of garments,etc. which I believed were leaked by Jabong to some fraudulent organisation. They had all my savings transferred to their account by tricking me into a lucky draw shortlist luring me to pay ***** rupees in three attempts. However, to my dismay, I found all my money gone to an icici bank account.
I have registered an official complaint against the authority details of which I have mentioned underneath.I would like you to take this matter up to your hierarchy and resolve it as soon as possible.
This was Jabong's responsibility to safeguard my Jabong account details which they have compromised.I want my money into my account by this week or else I'll be forced to initiate legal proceedings against you.
