Airtel Postpaid - Fraudulent Bill from Airtel

Airtel has been quite consistent in generating fraudulent bills over the past few Years for my postpaid account, but last * months i have had enough. For the month of July and August ****, they generate bill amounting **** and **** INR.After chasing last * month, 'N' number of calls, ~** emails, the bill amount got rectified to **** and *** INR respectively. (Attached Bill copies with adjusted amount email) Hope these disclosures will be an eyeopener for government to take some action on this Telecom industry. There are multiple instances over past * years, where every month or the other Airtel will impose incorrect bill on me, and i have to chase them lot of times to rectify the same.As a user ,i don't know how many crores of money they make by creating fraudulent bills every month and cheating/looting people.Even now ,i am in refund of Rs *** for the month of July(wrongly charged) and *** for August ****
