Sbi Credit Card - Fraudulent activity by SBI agents

This is in regards to my SBI card settlement. I opted to get my account settled and close the card.

My total outstanding was *****INR and my account was settled in ***** INR and I was asked to pay the amount in * installments.

I paid the first installment of ***** INR on **th Nov **** and after paying * Installment I was not having the amount to pay the second Installment. I got a call from one of your executive who asked for payment. I informed her that right now I don't have enough amount to pay. She asked me to pay **** INR and advised to pay rest amount as soon as possible so we can close this case and send me a NOC. I paid the amount of **** INR on *rd Jan **** and then rest ***** INR on **rd Jan which was remaining. She said once you receive the settlement letter we just need to collect the total amount on which it was settled.

Now, after * months I am getting calls and msgs to pay the outstanding amount of ***** INR. If they would have informed me in January I would have paid the rest ***** and should have closed this. But they contacting me bow after * months when the amount is *****.

I will not be able to pay this amount. If agent shared the incorrect details with me that the mistake of SBI Card not mine.
