Magic Pin - Fraudulent activity

Today I have order the food from the magic pin and order got cancelled without any proper explanation from them so I thought it might be happen that the merchant is not responding so I order again and unfortunately it was also cancelled and they said I will get my refund in *-* working day which I excepted but now when I came back from my office I order again now they again cancelled the order and this is very frustrating and disappointing. I’m having the health issue and before taking the medicine I have to eat something now I want to know how is responsible for my health issue. As an apology I need **** rupee as an compensation because right now I don’t have any money in my bank so I can order my food from the another food delivery platform because my money is stuck with magic pin. Please help me with this scammmer.
