Hi,
My Name is Hitesh Gheewala and I am a Freelancer. My earning comes from taking up development project from home. I want to express my helplessness due to Tikona’s constant ignored behaviour against me.
I am a resident of Virar west and have taken Tikona’s connection * years back. I wanted to upgrade my plan as per my business’s requirement and hence upgraded my plan to the faster speed with an annual subscription.
I enrolled for Annual subscription from TIkona Broadband service in the month of July ****. I paid about ***** INR. I could use the service for first three months and later I started facing issues with the connection from the third month onwards. The connection was unstable with frequent disconnection in between. This was leading to frustration as I regularly need to upload/download the work-related file, but due to disconnection, it would restart from *% repeating process not allowing me to work smoothly. I am a freelancer and I get my earning from working on the internet and submitting heavy media files online. As I was unable to finish the project and upload the file in time, I lost the business and faced a loss of Fifty thousand. Not only business, but there are other in issues also faced due to frequent disconnection. These issues are - I am thrown out of game servers many time due to frequent disconnections, I cannot watch streaming media files due to the same problem, use of IOT (Internet Of Things) does not perform smoothly.
With this problem, I started a series of complaints in the month of October and until now; the problem is not resolved because of poor customer care service and inefficient knowledge of the technical staff. I have called them for registering the same complaint more than *** times now, in the month of December itself, ** complaints were registered and still there is no solution.
Finally, I decided to discontinue from Tikona and ask for a refund for which I was unable to use the internet smoothly. Today, when I called them, they are denying on giving me the refund back.
With the above statement, I would like to register a case against you for:
• Compensation of Fifty Thousand due to loss in business
• Refund the money from the month I started facing problem
• Disconnection of Internet on the immediate basis
