Amazon .in - fraudent delivery

Sir i have ordered a washing machine ( LG) FROM amazon with order id ***-*******-*******
And it is shipped by Gati courier.
But they are doing fraud as product was out for delivery but they are not contacting neither delivering my product and they have updated wrong tracking details also that customer was not present as they didn't came to my address so they are doing fraud with me as i have purchased this product in offer period now they are not delivering this product and sane issue i have faced last year **, Oct **** also please help me out with the issue and deliver my producton priority basis
