BODGQ - Fraud

I saw their ad about a moon pod on Facebook and it looked very attractive with an Attractive price of *.**$. But I din go for it, then later I saw it on Instagram as well and I just put my card details and my order got confirmed and the amount got debited which was *K.
I was chatting with them saying that I want to cancel the order and asked them to process a refund they said it will take * days for it and I was asking them to send me a mail about the cancellation but they were not doing it. I asked for a way to reach them even they were not ready to provide even that. Later I just googled them and the first thing that came was this saying it's a fraud. I send them a screenshot of this they directly ended the conversation. I have gone to the bank and blocked my card I hope I get the money back.
