Upgrade abroad - Fraud

Last year I had a plan to go abroad so I enquired in a company its name is upgrade abroad so they assigned me an excutive his name is vishal verma he told you need only **-** lakh rupees but after submitting * lakh rupees he told me you need to pay ** lakh rupees I called upgrade abroad customer care they also say the same thing and they also told me that this money is non refundable. That time I had no evidence because whole conversation done on call. But few days ago this Vishal Verma called me and said that upgrade abroad started a referal program where you can recover your * lakh rupees and he looted around * lakh rupees from now neither company and nor Vishal Verma return my money. He looted around **lakh from different students and how he abusing and threatened to kill me.
