BODGQ - fraud transation

I had ordered a product power suitcase , from an online advertisement with a company name BODGQ. On **/**/**** by using my credit card, the item shown in advertisement was of $*.*, while on making payments on its purchase the site deducted my card in $** equivalent to Indian Rupees **** and yet I have not received delivery of that product named power suitcase .
and i given a cancellation request as well they replied that your order will be cancelled and refund the amount but till now i did not get refund and even update also i am keep on sending male but no replay from them order no:******
