My HDFC Credit card was used for * transactions on **/**/**** at Amazon.in for purchasing * Amazon pay Gift cards amounting a total of **,***/- ( **,*** each). I reached customer care of HDFC as well as of Amazon.in on the same day and even raised a complaint in Cybercrime PS, Gachibowli. HDFC is stating that "Upon investigating the transactions have been made by an authorized person and done in secure mode". I am being asked by HDFC to pay **,***/- in my next billing due date. For the same reason I reached Amazon.in and they are accepting that the transactions are not done by me and they had cancelled the orders of those gift cards, in order for refund to process they need my financial institution (HDFC bank) to send dispute forms but HDFC bank did not send any and I am even asking by what means they concluded that my transactions were authorized, for which I am not receiving any reply.
Even after Amazon.in concluding that these are unauthorized transactions and cancelling orders why HDFC bank is not considering them as unauthorized transactions and proceeding further.
