Club factory - Fraud transaction

Hi team,

I'm very frustrated with the support I received from club factory.

The Phone number registered with my email account is not mine. Since I made a first purchase I have been trying to reach out to them to change the phone number registered with my account as I don't even know whose number it is(ends with ***). Unfortunately I'm unable to change it myself as the OTP is sent to the same number which I have no clue about it.

Inspite of reaching several times they failed to solve the problem and because of that I have lost more than **** ruppees( **.**$ and **.**$ )which refunded to my club factory account instead of my bank account.

I have returned few items and received the refund. I think that person who has the number registered with my account would have received the text that the credits are added to club factory account.

That person linked the paypal account with that number and transferred the amount to his paypal account. This happened in last year November in the same week that amount was refunded.

I never noticed these things as I did not get any notify via email or phone. I strongly believe that the mistake is on club factory side because there was no way I linked that phone number myself to my account.

I really expect you to look into this and provide the refund to my bank account.
