Today - **/**/**** at around *:** pm, an authorized transaction took place of amount *****/- from my mother's A/C ending with ****. This A/C is in Bidhannagar, Durgapur SBI Branch.
I called up to lodge a complaint SBI Cell but they were not able to take a complaint. (Phone No - **********). They said there is some technical issue. I would like to get the refund. please help
