SHOP CLUES - Fraud transaction by Shoclues

On *nd March ****, an online fraud transaction has been made and an amount of Rs. *****/- debited from my bank A/C. This transaction has happened without my authorization. I had filed an FIR (# ****/****). on **th March **** with Jayanagar, Bangalore police and after which police officials informed me that transactions was made from Kanpur and the money was used to purchase a two wheeler from the site www.shopclues.com. Now since the accused is in Kanpur the cops straight way denied that they won't be able to help and their justification was Rs.***** was a meagre amount and they don't have so much bandwidth to go Kanpur for that. However they had sent a legal notice on *th March **** to shopclues from JayaNagar,Bangalore PS emaild to stop the delivery of the two wheeler. Shopclues has ignored the same and had replied on **th March **** that two wheeler was already delivered on *th March ****.Online fraud was done on **nd March at around *:** pm to purchase the two wheeler and as per shopclues they had delivered the two wheeler within two days i.e. *th March **** which is totally bogus. Attached is the purchase order status downloaded from shopclues site as on **th March **** which shows that product was shipped on *th March ****. If the product was shipped on *th March how was it delivered on *th March ****? Shopclues is trying to run their business by fraudulent means and has even denied legal notices for the sake of running the business. Please set an example by penalizing shopclues. As a common man I am totally helpless and I had tried all possible things to get my hard earned money back but till date there has been no luck
