Country Club India - Fraud selling by Country Club

I took country club membership for INR *****. We were promised that we can avail free stay at any of the properties of country club all over the world for * week per year free of cost, for * years. We were also offered * additional weeks, making it a total of * free weeks. However, whenever I try to make reservation, they say their properties are booked. When I tried to make reservation for Dubai property, they said it is not included in your package. They tell you to call after sometime as they are very busy. No one picks up the phone in their customer care, also no one replies to emails. All employees who were very sweet at the time of taking membership raise their hands now. We also paid additional INR ***** as amc for *st year.
