Taj india resort - Fraud scheme nor refunding

I have took my membership just before covid to plan my honeymoon and now after chasing *.* year nither they are providing services nor refunding and even they do not replying to me. This is a fraud. I just my money back only. I do not want to take thier service. Even thier staff do not know how to talk with customers.
