I booked Colive Chennai .
It was very bad apartment , it was stinking and after cleaning also there was no improvement .
I paid **,*** rs to them in which ***** was advance amount and remaining for rent .
They advised to return the advance amount by first week of December and i have a mail regarding the same .
But now they are refusing to pay the amount .
