shanu clothesvilla - Fraud over customers

I have ordered two dresses from shanu clothesvilla on ** st april before hand I confirmed about return option if not satisfied.He told return can be done in ** days and he will book someone for return.I got the products on ** th and they sent me something which i have not ordered wrong products and worthless products and since then i swear that person is not picking up the call and not reply to messages even after seeing.Finally on one day he gave me some other number to call for return .From that day i have been calling him for about ***-**** times he doesn’t pick the call or its busy or he will switch off or even i shout he will say aaj hojayega but till now he is not swnsing on and off he picks up the call if i call from different number and tella today he will do but he doesn’t.He is making fraud and i want to tel this to ither people but the thing is in tha instagram he posts so many products but he keeps aome option like in which customers cannot comment on the products.He is playing games with so many people i guess.Please so justice as this may help many people from his fraud.Thank you
