Paytm Mall - Fraud Of Paytmmall Defective Keyboard which corrupted my bios and Harmed Processor

First of all They delivered keyboard after ** days of waiting , It's okay !

At first when i plugged the keyboard to my laptop it went of suddenly i thought it must be my laptop's problem i tried again nothing happened and so keyboard didn't detected to my laptop i thought maybe this keyboard is not supported with my laptop and i requested a return with reason " not compatible " telling them that it's just not compatible with my laptop otherwise it's all fine
And they rejected my return request second day i was so upset about it i thought maybe i they won't replace or return it so i tried to check again if it works now with my laptop , after plugging keyboard to my laptop my laptop's os got corrupted , and it went off i tried to power on again and i found out that it's not turning on , immediately i went to a chip level technician and he said it's BIOS is corrupted and Processor is Harmed it will cost me more than ****, And after that I'm trying to contact with paytm customer care and it's like travelling to Andromeda galaxy without speed of light , I've Never seen such fraud ever , i can't even give review on product

They're doing fraud with plan , like they've got a algorithm


After all , I consider Paytmmall responsible for my Total loss of Rs.**** rupees , and i want my refund as soon as possible
