I have made a transaction of ***** in Razorpay payment gateway to a merchant who appears to be fraudulent.
I contacted bank, and the bank raised chargeback. But Razorpay is rejecting the claim.
When I asked Razorpay to supply reasons and documents for the chargeback rejection, they are not responding.
I can attach the email conversation and other supporting screenshots.
