Exotica Inn And Retreat Holiday Pvt Ltd - Fraud Membership Received

I recently went on a trip to Dalhousie and ended up purchasing an Exotica membership worth ₹**,*** (https://www.exoticainnandretreat.com/membership.html). They sold us this membership by telling us lies. After purchasing, we found out that the benefits they promised us are not the same as what the company mentioned in their welcome call.

Critical differences include:
- They told us the membership could be resold or refunded based on usage, but the company denied this.
- They said it was a lifetime membership, but the company stated it’s only valid for five years.
- We were told we could get a full refund within ** days if we didn't like it, but the company has a policy of refunding within * days, minus a ₹**,*** administration fee.

When we discovered these discrepancies, we tried to cancel our EMI, based on the agent’s promise of a chargeback and full refund from the credit card company within ** days. However, we learned that a refund would only be possible if Exotica released the payment, which they are unlikely to do.

I now have to pay ₹**,*** at once, as I canceled the EMI plan which totaled ₹**,*** over ** months.

I don’t know what to do or how to get my money back from these people. They have deceived us with false promises. As a lower-middle-class family, we bought this for our trips but have only received lies.

We also tried to book holidays with them but didn't get any details for Hotels from their side.

Please advise on how I can get my money back.
