Corporate Sahayak filed complaint against JustDial on Feb 11, 2022
I called Justdial to stop the services, as they are not providing with leads. When I called them, no one is explaining the process clearly and inspite of this they said that I have to give a notice of * months if I wish to stop the services, however, when I asked them to show in the document, I haven't received one yet. Further, they are constantly billing me on **th of every month (of which I have no knowledge, as I selected my ECS date to be *th of the next month), they are not even sending Invoices so that one can know the billing date and everything. They are not refunding the security deposit saying that I am stopping the services so not eligible for Refund, but there executive, while signing me, said a complete different story.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
