Abhilash filed complaint against Hitachi 1 5 Ton AC on May 23, 2023
Dear Team,
Recently i had placed an online request for service of my Hitachi invertor AC. The local agency person visited the premises and asked to cancel the booking and lure me with offer to do the gas filling and service in less than half rate to Hitachi.
I decided to go with them and they hampered the complete process, now the agency and its guys are not even returning my money nor completing the service.
I've been conned in the name of the service by your third party service agency. can you help me get intervene and resolve the issue, as now i am planning to change the Air Condition only as that is the only last option i have now.
When we raise request with company we believe that their onroll engineers will do the task, but here its outsourced to third party agency which hampers the complete process and deface Hitachi as brand.
please help me with the resolution or i have to move to further next level on this.
