Amey Telawane filed complaint against Yatra Com on Dec 14, 2020
We booked a property called Schwabach Bunglow in Lonavla on **th Dec ****for * people. We went to the property to find that property was already booked. When called owner, the told they never listed property on Yatra. Yatra created a fake booking without notifying owner. They did not even respond to email and their helpline number is never answered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
