I got a call from some number on *th December **** and invited me to come for a evening seminer where they will be providing free dinner and a holiday gift voucher.

When I reached the venue suddenly one person came to us and started their false story and trying to get to know about the family, profession and incomes etc. then they started with some demo/presentation of their fake products with lots of false commitments and they were saying if you are not satisfy you can straight away say no and can leave the presentation. But they don’t allow us to leave in between and somehow they manipulated us with false gift voucher where they promised that we don't have to pay any single penny for the *N/*D Goa trip where all expenses(Air fare, hotel fooding and lodging and sight seeing by car and onwards and return car transfer from home to airport) will be covered by them like transportation by car from my home to airport then goa hotel foooding, lodging and sight seeing by car and once trip ends return via flight and then airport to home back with car.

They asks for credit/debit card to pay Rs.*****/- for the membership fees for * years, but although I was having the card I denied to provide the same and told them that card is in my home for denial, but they forced me to come to my home and taken the payment via swiping the card in their machine.

They haven’t provided any information about membership cancellation, and forced us to sign the agreement. All this drama started on the next two days when they send the terms and conditions of the memberships and the package details where the complete free Goa holiday gift voucher is not mentioned.

So, I read the terms and conditions and asked for the membership can be cancellation in emails but they didn’t do that and said that membership fees is refundable. I don’t want to avail any services given by them and wanted to cancel my membership.
RCI says that we cannot cancel the membership, even if exit clause is present in their terms and conditions. Services are made to be given and can never be forced to avail. Such a worst experience given by Royals Club.

Please have a look into this matter and guide me how we can complaint against such fraud of Royals Club Internationals.
