I booked two ticket from Amritsar To Newyork in Dec-**** for my wife and my self. ticket numbers are ************* and *************. But after one week my mother got expired due to which i cancelled my trip prior confirming from my trip that cancellation penalty is ***** Rs per person. They confirmed the same thing me on mail also and i made confirmation of cancellation. After one month when i inquired for refunds the said that ticket is non refundable. Then I confirmed from air India also and they are still saying that ticket is refundable whereas agent is denying for the payment. Air India sent me the confirmation in mail also but agent is denying.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Travel agency customer care IVR put the consumer in the loop and didn't transfer calls to an agent and even not reply to your mail. Because of this behavior, i lost my ****rs.
The airline has cancelled the tickets. Mytrip is not granting a refund/ not responding on calls and emails. It has already been more than ** days.
