Varun bathla filed complaint against Netplus Broadband on Apr 6, 2019
On * April I got a call from the local advisor and that you have an outstanding balance of **** something. I replied hows that can be possible I never got a message from the company regarding outstanding bill. Every month I got a message from them about the bill of that particular month. No outstanding money attached with that bill and one thing more as a company they had the policy to deactivate my account if I don't pay the bill within ** days. Now question arrives they never closed my internet regarding bill dues. I never got message or call regarding bill dues and after that, I called customer care and they said you have the only bill due of *** Rs and I am attaching that recording to this email.
Till here their technical agent said there are no bill dues on * April and after that, I called again to close my internet and they said you have an outstanding balance of **** and may I know how that's possible within a * hour?
If the customer is asking for any bill dues and they are saying no sir there is only one bill due of March of rupees *** then why should I pay more and why I am responsible for any bill that is generated * year ago and till * April there are no bill dues suddenly they remember there are bill dues.
I have paid the bill for *** Rs for March month. Kindly generate the bill of ** March to * April and I will pay that amount. I am not going to pay **** Rs for their mistakes according to me I have paid the bill and one thing more please disconnect my internet connection.
